Description
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium's Health Facilities Engineering Department seeks comprehensive plumbing and boiler services for facilities in Anchorage. The contractor will provide scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections for identified boiler assets in accordance with the scope of work and manufacturer recommendations. The contractor will also provide on-call repair, troubleshooting, and 24/7 emergency response for domestic water and hot-water systems, boilers, hydronic heating and cooling infrastructure, reverse osmosis systems, sanitary waste and vent systems, stormwater systems, plumbing fixtures, backflow prevention assemblies, pumps, specialty healthcare plumbing systems, piping, controls, monitoring components, and associated equipment. Preventive maintenance is limited to identified assets unless otherwise authorized, while additive alternates may extend inspection, maintenance, repair, and emergency-response services to additional systems and facilities.
