Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks vendor responses to support the possible inclusion of brand-name specifications in a future construction solicitation for the JBE 089 CRH Simulator Facility Building. The requested equipment includes a Monaco Transceiver MAAP-X alarm control panel, Best Interchangeable Core-Cormax seven-pin standard-keyway lock cores, a Federal Signal mass-notification panel, a PowerLogic ION 8650 smart energy meter, Meridian EMCS equipment, a Knox Box, and Automated Logic building controls. The proposed products must meet the stated interoperability and functional requirements, including compatibility with installation-wide fire-alarm monitoring, master keying, emergency mass-notification, energy-management and AMRS systems, and base-wide building-control and monitoring systems. Responses must identify the manufacturer, manufacturer address, and country of manufacture; provide detailed specification sheets; and include a narrative explaining how the products meet the listed salient features. This is market research and not a request for proposals; the items may be incorporated into a future FY26 construction solicitation.
