Description
The Municipality of Anchorage is soliciting proposals to replace Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility's legacy customer information and billing system serving more than 60,000 customer accounts. The scope includes a modern CIS platform, implementation services, data migration, system integration, and ongoing support; utility-industry experience and demonstrated CIS implementation capabilities may be required. The existing proposal requirements call for customer service, billing, meter-data integration, payment processing, collections, reporting, customer engagement, testing, training, security, accessibility, PCI compliance, data protection, and related operational capabilities. Vendors may propose SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployment options, with fixed-price implementation and continuing maintenance and support.
