Description
Citrus Community College District is establishing a pool of five to six qualified firms to provide Division of the State Architect project inspector services for various upcoming construction projects. Selected firms may be engaged through project completion to perform continuous on-site and special inspections and to support critical project schedules, including short-notice assignments. Services include verifying compliance with DSA-approved plans and specifications, Title 24, the California Building Code, and applicable regulations; maintaining inspection records, photographs, job files, and required DSA reports and forms; coordinating with the District, architects, construction and program managers, contractors, testing laboratories, and governmental agencies; documenting testing, construction procedures, materials, and workmanship; identifying defective or nonconforming work and schedule impacts; reviewing payment applications; and monitoring as-built drawings, certification documents, punch-list items, project meetings, and closeout activities.
