Description
Citrus Community College District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to establish a pool of five to six Division of the State Architect project inspector providers for Measure Y and other upcoming construction projects. Individual assignments will be made on an as-needed basis through subsequent project-specific proposals; selection for the pool does not guarantee a project or minimum work. Each resulting PI Agreement will have a five-year term. Services include continuous on-site and special inspections; compliance verification against DSA-approved plans, specifications, Title 24, the California Building Code, and applicable regulations; daily inspection records, photographs, job files, DSA reports and forms; coordination with the District, architects, construction managers, contractors, testing laboratories, and governmental agencies; documentation of testing, materials, workmanship, defects, nonconforming work, and schedule impacts; payment-application review; monitoring of as-built drawings, certifications, punch-list items, meetings, and project closeout. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, including at least five years of inspection experience and five completed projects for each proposed inspector, provide references and proposed rates, and be prepared to respond promptly, including on short notice.
