Description
Craig City School District is soliciting competitive proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category One asymmetrical Internet access with bandwidth options from 200 Mbps through 1 Gbps. Service must include a fully operational connection, at least one static public IPv4 address, an enforceable service-level agreement, and all equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, testing, and activation required for production use. A managed router, licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support must be included if required for the proposed solution. Proposals must provide pricing for applicable 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with up to two optional one-year renewal periods, and separately identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, special construction, installation, configuration, shipping, taxes, licensing, and other applicable costs. Responses must include the requested service-level commitments, itemized pricing, completed pricing worksheet, provider identification and contact information, and compliance with FCC, USAC, E-Rate, supply-chain, debarment, conflict-of-interest, and Lowest Corresponding Price requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically to all designated contacts and remain valid for at least 180 days.
