Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a sources-sought market survey to determine whether there is sufficient small-business interest to set aside a future design-bid-build construction project. The project would construct approximately 13,000 square feet of collocated Area Maintenance Support Activity and Vehicle Maintenance Shop facilities at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, with an estimated cost of $25 million to $100 million and an estimated duration of 1,095 calendar days. Supporting work includes land clearing, paving, concrete aprons, a vehicle wash rack or platform, a bi-level equipment loading ramp, fencing, site improvements, utility connections, accessibility features, and antiterrorism, force-protection, and physical-security measures.
