Description
The City of Fort Morgan is soliciting bids for the replacement or repair of shingled roofs on ten buildings and structures across five city properties. Work includes tear-off and disposal of existing shingles, installation of Class IV impact-resistant asphalt shingles, flashing and drip-edge work, gutter and downspout detach-and-reset, ridge caps and vents, related repairs, protection of property, permitting, coordination with the City, and site cleanup. One library roof requires repairs rather than full replacement. Bidders must submit an executed Bid Form, an Experience Record documenting at least three similar projects, and a proposed schedule/workplan for each site. The City may award the five property bid totals as a whole or individually. Work is expected to be substantially completed no later than June 30, 2027. The contractor must provide workers' compensation verification and general liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 in coverage, naming the City as an additional insured.
