Description
The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, through its Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is soliciting providers for Mental Health Supported Employment services for individuals with significant and persistent mental illness. Required services include career exploration, job shadows and site evaluations, vocational assessments, job development and preparation, job placement, personal adjustment training, job coaching, and extended services. Providers are expected to use an evidence-based, best-practice, or promising-practice supported employment model and coordinate with local DVR offices, mental health centers, and other qualified organizations. The contract is structured as an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options. Providers must submit organizational qualifications, service delivery and staffing plans, experience and outcome information, required certifications and disclosures, pricing and projected service volumes, and the specified state forms and attachments. Reimbursement is based on eligible services and individual outcomes, with stated urban/suburban and rural fee schedules. The solicitation also requires reporting, record retention, monitoring, background checks, accessibility compliance, and specified insurance coverage during contract performance.
