Description
St. Vrain Sanitation District is soliciting formal invitation-to-bid responses for the Idaho Creek II Line Extension – Phase I, Contract No. 2026-25. The work includes approximately 10,000 linear feet of 8- to 21-inch PVC sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer manholes, steel casing installed by trenchless boring, open-cut irrigation ditch crossings, roadway and utility crossings, permanent gravel access roads, earthwork, dewatering, erosion and sediment control, surface and infrastructure restoration, fencing and gate work, and related appurtenances. Bidders must submit the bid form, 5% bid security, proposed subcontractor information for trenchless casing installation and groundwater control/dewatering, and the C-451 Qualifications Statement with supporting schedules and documentation. The project requires comparable sanitary sewer, deep excavation, groundwater-control, trenchless steel-casing, and irrigation-ditch-crossing experience. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract price, and a 5% warranty bond is required. Commercial general liability, automobile, umbrella/excess, pollution, workers’ compensation, professional, and unmanned aerial vehicle liability insurance are also required.
