Description
Aurora Public Schools, through the Aurora Partners for Thriving Youth coalition, seeks an experienced organization or consultant to serve as the Evaluation and Learning Partner for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Elevating Prevention in Colorado (EPIC) Grant. The selected contractor will become an active coalition partner and support evaluation leadership throughout the grant period. The scope includes developing and maintaining a five-year evaluation plan, logic models, evaluation questions, performance measures, data-collection protocols, and a shared measurement system. The contractor will coordinate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including school, coalition, survey, focus-group, community-assessment, and other community-indicator data; develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive summaries; facilitate data-review and learning sessions; monitor the Community Action Plan; prepare grant reporting; provide technical assistance and evaluation capacity building; and support continuous quality improvement and community decision-making. The proposal must address the specified evaluation, Collective Impact, coalition-engagement, and community-level-change questions. The current budget is up to $40,000 for the prorated first year and up to $50,000 for years two through five. The evaluator must maintain an office in the Metro Denver area, and the evaluator must reside in Colorado and attend local meetings.
