Description
Aurora Public Schools is soliciting proposals for specialized medical equipment supporting Behavioral Health, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Medical Assistant, Imaging, Respiratory Therapy, Sterile Processing, and Surgical Technician pathways at a new health sciences high school. The scope includes furnishing, delivery, inside placement, assembly, installation, testing, calibration, commissioning where applicable, post-installation walkthroughs, removal of packaging and debris, operator and maintenance training, and delivery of operating and maintenance manuals. Partial responses are accepted, and multiple suppliers may be awarded. The equipment list includes beds, gurneys, stretchers, carts, mobile workstations, diagnostic and monitoring equipment, autoclaves, centrifuges, microscopes, manikins and simulators, headwalls, ventilators, patient-mobility equipment, shelving, surgical and examination equipment, and related supplies. Vendors must provide a comprehensive service plan with at least two years of maintenance service, scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repair response within 48 hours, safety compliance, and calibration labeling. Installation may be subcontracted. Proposals must include firm equipment pricing, installation and service costs, warranties, an implementation schedule targeting Summer 2027, and required forms and certifications.
