Description
The City and County of Denver is soliciting bids for scheduled and on-call maintenance and repair of sand traps, grease traps, sewage pump lift stations, and associated drain lines at various city facilities, excluding Denver International Airport. The work includes inspections, pumping, cleaning, routing, jetting, odor detection, video imaging, lift-station maintenance, waste transportation and disposal, emergency response, and related reporting. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, pumper trucks, equipment, materials, laboratory analytical services, compliant waste treatment and disposal, and required environmental permits. Services include routine scheduled work and on-call projects issued through city work orders. The contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year extensions. Prevailing-wage requirements apply, and the solicitation requires electronic submission through BidNet.
