Description
Denver Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a secondary English Language Development curriculum serving grades 6–12 and multilingual learners across all ACCESS proficiency levels. The curriculum must include coherent scope and sequence materials, age-appropriate and culturally sustaining content, differentiated supports for newcomer students, long-term multilingual learners, students with interrupted formal education, students with disabilities, and advanced learners, as well as formative and summative assessments covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The requested solution includes student and teacher materials, digital components, manipulatives or supplemental resources where applicable, integration with district platforms, accessibility compliance, data privacy and information-security compliance, and Spanish parity where applicable. The supplier must provide a detailed implementation plan, phased district rollout support, professional learning and coaching, train-the-trainer capacity building, customer service, delivery and inventory/barcoding support, and pricing for materials, licenses, implementation, professional learning, replenishment, and options. The contract is stated as March 2027 through June 2032, with two one-year renewal options.
