Description
The City of Vernon is seeking a contractor to complete roof replacement services at the Vernon Operations Building. The work includes all equipment, labour, materials, disposal, incidentals, demolition of existing roofing and flashings, substrate preparation, rough carpentry, insulation, EPDM metal retrofit roofing, sheet-metal flashing, trim, sealants, equipment handling, and related electrical and plumbing coordination. The specified system is a Carlisle SynTec authorized-applicator EPDM metal retrofit system with mechanically fastened reinforced EPDM membrane, insulation, pressure-sensitive securement strips, fasteners, flashing, and associated components. Respondents must provide a 10-year Carlisle SynTec labour-and-material guarantee, meet applicable RCABC and referenced Canadian standards, and demonstrate relevant EPDM and Carlisle SynTec experience. The quotation package must include the submission form, pricing form, itemized quote, experience and references, and an estimated start date and duration. Quotations will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria, terms and conditions, specifications, and price, with the lowest-priced compliant quotation eligible for award.
