Description
Aurora Public Schools is seeking an experienced Evaluation and Learning Partner for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Elevating Prevention in Colorado (EPIC) Grant. The selected contractor will serve as a strategic member of the Aurora Partners for Thriving Youth coalition and collaborate with coalition leadership, youth, schools, community partners, public health agencies, and other stakeholders. The scope includes developing and maintaining a five-year evaluation plan, logic models or other evaluation frameworks as appropriate, evaluation questions, performance measures, data-sharing protocols, data-collection procedures, and a shared measurement system; coordinating qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; managing surveys and community data; monitoring implementation and outcomes; preparing dashboards, reports, presentations, grant documentation, and executive summaries; facilitating learning and continuous-quality-improvement sessions; and providing technical assistance and evaluation-capacity building. The coalition meets monthly, with additional workgroup and planning meetings as needed; most meetings are virtual, with periodic in-person activities in the Aurora community. The current Q&A confirms there is no incumbent partner, Exhibit A pricing is supplier-provided, and the full grant Statement of Work will be provided during evaluation-plan development. Proposals must address the requested evaluation approach, collective-impact experience, implementation plan, vendor qualifications, pricing for up to five years, and at least three comparable K-12 client references. The current budget is up to $40,000 for the prorated first year and up to $50,000 for each of years two through five.
