Description
The University of Colorado is seeking a single qualified supplier to provide CU Denver with year-round out-of-home advertising planning, media buying, negotiation, placement, production coordination, optimization, attribution, and reporting. Media may include print and digital billboards, transit advertising on light rail, buses, and bus shelters, airport advertising, streaming/OTT, and other digital or out-of-home formats. CU Denver will provide creative assets; the selected vendor will coordinate printing or fabrication, trafficking, installation, posting, replacement, and removal. The engagement requires an integrated strategy using audience targeting, geofencing, retargeting, cross-channel alignment, performance measurement, media calendars, budget and KPI recommendations, regular reporting, and final campaign analysis. Primary audiences include high school seniors and families, non-traditional students, and other prospective student segments, with a primary geographic focus on the Denver metropolitan area and secondary Colorado statewide placements. The estimated annual media expenditure is $200,000 to $500,000. The contract is for one year with up to four additional one-year renewal periods, for a maximum term of five years.
