Description
Burbank Unified School District is soliciting bids for roofing work at three sites. The project documents contain the specifications and engineer’s estimates. The work is scheduled to start May 31, 2027, and has a stated duration of 67 days. Prime contractors and subcontractors with subcontracts valued at $25,000 or more must be prequalified. The prequalification application requires a C-39 license classification, current Department of Industrial Relations registration, Garland roofing-product installer certification, and specified financial, insurance, and project-history information. Applicants must also provide a reviewed and audited financial statement, W-9, certificate of liability insurance naming the district as additional insured, and project-specific Garland certification. References will be checked. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with the Community Workforce Agreement.
