Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for a program manager for Pullen Park’s Holiday Express event. The selected contractor will provide specialized event knowledge and support planning, execution, and post-event activities. Scope includes stakeholder and vendor coordination; ticketing consultation and support; guest-service assistance; research and evaluation of event products and experiences; review and design of event layouts and operational documents; recurring virtual planning meetings; on-call support; vendor guidance; up to four days of on-site setup or event support; creation of a guest-experience survey; vendor feedback collection; ticketing-data analysis; final budget and performance review; and a final post-event report. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2026. The engagement is estimated at 20 hours per week, not to exceed 500 hours, with a contract amount not to exceed $20,000.
