Description
The School District of Greenville County is seeking rental equipment and related services for its annual Shining Stars Teacher Recruitment Event. The scope includes approximately 91 individual booths, 100 banquet tables, 200 folding chairs, and assorted pipe and drapery supplies, along with advance planning, booth-layout coordination, delivery, unloading, movement into the facility, assembly, installation, setup, reasonable on-site adjustments, breakdown, removal, cleanup, and return transportation. The bid must be all-inclusive and cover equipment, labor, supervision, delivery, installation, fees, taxes, fuel, and other applicable costs. The event will be held at Southside High School on March 13, 2027. Delivery and setup are scheduled for March 12, 2027, beginning at 12:00 p.m.; breakdown and removal begin March 13, 2027, at 1:00 p.m., unless otherwise directed in writing. The resulting award is for one year from award, with annual one-year extensions for a potential total term of three years. Bidders must submit complete pricing, a signed bid response, the required portal questionnaire and forms, and any exceptions on a separate page titled “Exceptions to Bid Criteria.”
