Description
The City of Sedona is seeking qualified vendors to provide attractions and staffing for its annual Celebration of Spring event. The solicitation is associated with recreational goods rental, consumer goods rental, general rental centers, and amusement and recreation services. Responses must include a PDF proposal file, a PDF catalog and rate sheet, and the completed Celebration of Spring Event Package bid table submitted online through the procurement portal. The bid table must be completed in the browser, and the solicitation documents require supplier-network registration for access.
