Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals from one or more firms to provide routine and as-needed calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for process instrumentation at its wastewater treatment facilities. The scope covers analyzers, sensors, flow meters, level instruments, controllers, transmitters, probes, sample-handling systems, and related laboratory and in-process equipment from multiple manufacturers. The contractor must provide labor, tools, certified standards, test equipment, consumables, software, replacement parts, documentation, and technical expertise. Services include scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance; corrective and emergency response; equipment repair or replacement; technical support and staff training; service-event reporting; and provision, installation, calibration, and removal of compatible loaner equipment when off-site repairs are required. Work must comply with manufacturer recommendations, applicable regulatory requirements, facility safety procedures, and the City's Environmental Management System. The contract may request services for up to five years, and proposals must include technical, experience, financial, staffing, and cost information, including completed proposal forms and an EMS acknowledgment.
