Description
Orange County, through its Department of Mental Health, seeks a full-service banquet facility in Orange County, New York, for the 2026 AOT Conference. The facility must be handicapped accessible and accommodate more than 250 attendees, including a dining area for tables of 10–12, a separate registration area with three tables and six chairs, an area for audiovisual equipment with adequate electrical support, a podium, a coatroom for up to 100 coats, and parking for more than 250 guests. The venue must permit access two hours before the event or the prior evening for setup. The vendor must provide a continental breakfast and sit-down-style buffet lunch for more than 250 people, including the specified beverages, breakfast items, salad, entrée choices, desserts, serving staff, and adequate wait staff. A separate contractor will provide and set up the audiovisual equipment. The award is intended for the event only, with a possible unilateral extension of up to two months, or up to three months with the vendor’s concurrence. Bids are evaluated primarily on the lowest responsive and responsible price, submitted as a per-person price inclusive of gratuity.
