Description
Duncanville Independent School District is establishing a multi-award catalog contract with vendors that can provide event-related supplies, equipment, rentals, and services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes a broad range of potential offerings, including apparel and textiles, food and beverage products and services, furniture and furnishings, office and business supplies and services, printing and promotional items, and related retail or wholesale equipment, supplies, and services. Discount prices must include shipping and handling charges on an FOB destination basis unless otherwise noted or negotiated. The contract covers the 2026–2027 school year, with three additional years for 2027–2028, 2028–2029, and 2029–2030 by mutual agreement. Awards may be made to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation's open period upon acceptance of proposal responses.
