Description
Webb County is seeking a highly qualified promotion management company to bring live entertainment to the Webb County Fairgrounds. The selected contractor must negotiate and manage entertainment agreements; book artists and entertainers for indoor and outdoor venues, including an outdoor venue accommodating up to 10,000 attendees; schedule at least 25 live events per year; market events and manage ticket sales; and provide end-to-end event production, including stage, audio, lighting, video, staffing, site operations, parking, security, and applicable temporary alcohol authorizations. The contractor will assume artist and event risk and provide the personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, and production services necessary for each event. No event may be publicly announced, artist contract executed, or tickets placed on sale without the County's prior written approval. The proposed agreement must have a minimum three-year term with an optional two-year renewal at the County's discretion, subject to Commissioners Court approval. Proposals are evaluated on price, relevant experience and qualifications, personnel qualifications, and references/projects; at least five similar client references are required.
