MCDA Cheer & Dance Championships is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify convention centers, sports complexes, universities, arenas, fieldhouses, and multi-court facilities interested in hosting cheerleading and dance competitions during the 2027-2028 season and beyond. Selected facilities may be considered for single-year, multi-year, or exclusive market agreements. Minimum facility requirements include 50,000-150,000 sq ft of usable event space (unobstructed floor space preferred), minimum 20-ft ceiling height, climate-controlled environment, ADA compliance, spectator seating, adequate parking, reliable electrical service, Wi-Fi, and loading dock or ground-level access. Events are anticipated to take place between November and May, with multi-year availability strongly preferred.
