Description
The City of Kissimmee is seeking qualified event promoters, organizations, and event producers to propose and host events at Kissimmee Lakefront Park during the January–December 2027 calendar year. Large-scale festivals with anticipated attendance of at least 5,000 may be proposed for the Veterans Lawn or Festival Lawn during February, May, August, or September. Smaller community events with anticipated attendance of 100 to 1,000 may be proposed for Ruby Plaza or Lighthouse Lawn during January, March, April, July, August, October, or December. Proposals must describe the organization and prior event experience, proposed event concept and activities, expected attendance and target age group, preferred available date, marketing plan and budget, sponsorships, and anticipated economic and community benefits. Applicants must provide at least three professional references from industry partners or prior host venues and agree to applicable event-handbook, license-agreement, fee, policy, and code requirements. Proposals will be evaluated on organization and experience, event revenue and economic impact, marketing, and collaboration, with awards based on the City's interest, event diversity, and available time frames.
