Clancy & Theys Construction Company is soliciting subcontractors for prequalification for the Smoky Hollow Park project. The work involves phased demolition, site development, and resource restoration to create a connected and sustainable urban park. Available bid packages include general trades, demolition, concrete, structural and miscellaneous steel, electrical, site development, asphalt paving, bridges, and landscaping.
