Description
The Arizona Department of Gaming, Division of Problem Gambling, is seeking a contractor to design, establish, and manage a statewide, non-clinical Problem Gambling Peer Support and Recovery Program. The program must complement existing clinical treatment, serve individuals seeking assistance or transitioning between levels of care, provide peer-led individual and group support through in-person, virtual, and telephone channels, and maintain service coverage across all 15 Arizona counties. The contractor must recruit and train Peer Recovery Support Specialists, ensure required certification and lived-experience standards, establish intake and records systems, conduct outreach, provide literature and accessibility accommodations, coordinate referrals, maintain confidential documentation, submit monthly and annual reports, and support continuous program improvement. The State has budgeted $350,000 per fiscal year. The contract term is 12 months, with discretionary extensions up to a maximum aggregate term of five years. Required proposal materials include eleven buyer-provided response forms covering offer and acceptance, key personnel, insurability, organization profile, subcontractors, confidentiality, references, conformance and exceptions, the offeror questionnaire, pricing, and a HIPAA Business Associates Addendum.
