Description
Sussex County is soliciting separate proposals for Chapter 51-funded alcohol and drug abuse treatment and community-based recovery support services. Eligible service categories include adult subacute residential detoxification, halfway house services, outpatient treatment, short-term inpatient treatment, and community-based recovery support services. Proposals must include at least one evidence-based program for each applicable level of care, address the needs of individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and describe required case management, coordination, service delivery, outcomes, and program administration. The anticipated funding is $268,889 in state contract funds. Applicants must be appropriately licensed New Jersey public or nonprofit treatment providers, or eligible nonprofit recovery-support providers, and must submit a proposal application, program descriptions, pricing, budgets, and supporting organizational, financial, insurance, and governance documentation. The initial contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with four additional consecutive one-year renewal periods available at the County's discretion.
