Description
Yavapai County is soliciting a single qualified newspaper to provide advertising, publication, and printing services for county departments, districts, and divisions. Services include publishing legal notices and other requested materials in compliance with applicable Arizona statutes, providing electronic proofs before publication, proofreading publications, and publishing items on dates specified by the County. The selected newspaper must be published and printed within the county, maintain a qualifying general-news publication with paying subscribers, and meet the stated statutory requirements. The contractor must provide at least one physical copy of each issue containing county publications or offer an online validation option, receive source documents electronically, and provide notarized affidavits of publication after publication. Pricing is requested by column-inch category, including typed, camera-ready, paste-up-ready, email, and display advertising.
