Description
Maricopa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide term civil engineering, land surveying, engineering, and construction administration services. The County intends to award up to three contracts, each with a three-year base term and two one-year renewal options, for a maximum term of five years. Respondents must demonstrate relevant prior experience, key team-member qualifications, team approach capability, Arizona licensure and registration, and an Arizona office. The solicitation requires a qualifications-based submission without pricing and specifies a single electronic PDF proposal with defined page and content limits. Required supporting materials include project references, resumes, an organizational chart, legal-worker certification, selected-services certification, and a non-collusion affidavit.
