Description
Paradise Valley Unified School District is seeking a qualified partner to conduct a collaborative, evidence-based operational assessment of its Information Technology Department. The work includes comparing organizational structure, staffing, services, complexity, resource allocation, governance, and service-delivery models against an approved peer group of comparable school districts. Expected deliverables include a current-state assessment, comparative benchmarking, findings and opportunities, future-state recommendations, a prioritized implementation plan with estimated costs or savings and staffing implications, and a final report, executive summary, supporting benchmark data, recommended organizational structure, and presentation to District leadership or the Governing Board. The response must include the proposed methodology, timeline and milestones, project team qualifications, comparable school district assessment examples, fixed total project pricing, and disclosures of relevant vendor relationships or financial interests.
