The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is offering discretionary grants to support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments in implementing new or enhancing existing juvenile drug treatment courts. Projects should improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The opportunity is funded through the Treatment Court Discretionary Grant Program, with an estimated $4,000,000 in total funding and approximately four expected awards. Individual awards may range from $0 to $1,000,000, and cost sharing or matching is required.
