The United States Probation Office for the District of New Mexico is soliciting proposals for short-term residential treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. Services will be provided under Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) covering the Central New Mexico area. Vendors must have experience in evaluation and treatment, hold all proper New Mexico licenses, and provide services to all individuals referred by the Probation Office. The BPAs are expected to commence no earlier than October 1, 2026.
