Description
Yavapai County and Northern Arizona Council of Governments are soliciting sealed lump-sum bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to complete minor repairs at four homes in Yavapai County. The homes are located in Sedona, Cottonwood, Chino Valley, and Ash Fork, and bidders may submit bids for one or multiple homes, with each home awarded separately to the lowest qualified bidder. The scope includes electrical service and distribution, exterior painting, HVAC replacement, deck, step, and railing repairs or replacement, siding and trim replacement, roofing, and plumbing repairs. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is required, and bids must be sealed and delivered by the stated deadline.
