Description
Shelby County Government is soliciting proposals from Tennessee-licensed providers to deliver alcohol and drug residential rehabilitation and detoxification treatment services for participants in the Shelby County Drug Recovery Court. The scope includes residential and transitional treatment, evidence-based practices, treatment planning, mental-health and substance-use assessments, random drug screening, medically assisted treatment including Vivitrol and Suboxone, Moral Recognition Therapy, and access to a physician or nurse practitioner for dually diagnosed participants. Providers must submit participant updates through TNWITS, weekly progress reports, incident reports, transportation to court, family-involved treatment planning, services for limited-English-proficient participants, and monthly capacity information. The provider must accept specified insurance and payer sources, treat relapsed Drug Court graduates at no additional cost, and permit authorized Drug Court personnel to review charts and observe groups. The proposal must address the minimum and department-specific requirements in the supplied Excel scorecard, along with qualifications, approach, pricing, experience, and references.
