Description
The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications from providers to operate an adolescent substance use residential program for youth ages 12–17, including adolescents with co-occurring mental health conditions. The selected provider must deliver 24-hour non-medical residential substance use treatment, withdrawal management if proposed, recovery and ancillary services, room and board, family-centered and culturally responsive care, gender-specific programming, trauma-informed practices, care coordination, medication-assisted treatment linkages, and discharge planning. The program must provide at least six residential beds, including at least two female and four male beds, and support ASAM Levels 3.1 and 3.5; withdrawal management at ASAM Level 3.2 may be proposed. The facility must be within 75 miles of the San Diego County line limits, accessible by public transportation, ADA-compliant, and fully operational within 90 calendar days of contract execution.
