Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for annual guardrail work under IFB 27-PW-29. The project includes removing 775 linear feet of existing guardrail and four end terminals along Iron Springs Road near Prescott; installing 613 linear feet of new Midwest Guardrail System, four MSKT TL-3 end treatments, and related spillway leave-out work at two Iron Springs Road locations; and installing 125 linear feet of new Midwest Guardrail System, 75 linear feet of shop-curved W-beam, and two MSKT TL-2 end treatments on Carpenter Lane near Cottonwood. The scope also includes construction survey and layout, mobilization, traffic control, public notification message boards, traffic control planning, and furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals. The engineer's estimate is $148,915.00. The contractor must complete the work within 26 working days after written notice to proceed.
