Description
Yavapai County Educational Technology Consortium is seeking quotes for one synchronous internet access and data transmission service connection at speeds ranging from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps for Beaver Creek USD. The contract must allow upgrades to the quoted bandwidth, and pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services, include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, display the service provider's SPIN and FCC Form 470 number 270001915, and offer the applicant either SPI or BEAR invoicing. Proposed services must comply with FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and the prohibition on covered telecommunications equipment or services from Huawei, ZTE, or other covered companies. This is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process; quotes are submitted through the designated Box upload link, and inquiries must be sent by email.
