Description
The Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County is soliciting qualified providers for Spanish and lesser-used-language interpreting, transcription and translation, and American Sign Language interpreting services. Services may be provided in person, by video, or by telephone and will support court users and litigants with limited English proficiency, as well as deaf, hard-of-hearing, and blind users. Assignments may include court proceedings, probation matters, detention and correctional facilities, hospitals, legal documents, audio/video recordings, transcripts, forms, and other court materials. Multiple awards may be made, with approved providers placed on a qualified roster and used on an as-needed basis. Respondents must identify proposed interpreters and subcontractors, provide applicable credentials, licenses, proficiency documentation, and qualifications, and comply with background checks, confidentiality, court conduct, and certification requirements. The opportunity is open and continuous, and the listed term is December 18, 2026, through February 29, 2028; no minimum or maximum purchase obligation is guaranteed.
