Description
Maricopa County Department of Transportation is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified prime consultants for up to five on-call transportation planning contracts. The scope may include general transportation planning and multimodal analysis, process improvement, travel demand forecasting and computerized modeling, project programming and grant writing, policy development, transportation studies, ADA field assessments, data and benefit-cost analysis, planning staff support, and federal-aid highway program assistance. The initial contract term is two years with three one-year renewal options, with a potential maximum value of $1,000,000. Firms must have an Arizona-registered professional and a principal or officer registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration at the time of submission; selected firms must maintain or establish an Arizona office. Responses must include a cover letter, completed Statement of Qualifications, key personnel information and resumes, three relevant public-agency transportation projects, a capacity and project plan, and signed Contract Acceptance. The SOQ must follow the specified formatting and page limits and be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct.
