Description
Maricopa County is establishing multiple-award lists of qualified contractors to provide environmental services to County departments and participating entities on an as-needed basis. Respondents may propose for one or more of 15 areas of service, including environmental site assessment, site investigation and remediation; asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold assessment or abatement; environmental engineering and air consulting; industrial hygiene and indoor air quality; environmental training; hazardous, biological, and infectious waste response and disposal; laboratory and analytical services; drilling; environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, biological and cultural surveys; wildlife rescue and relocation; federally funded housing environmental services; and NFPA 70E arc-flash studies. The resulting contract will provide access to project-specific task orders and project scopes of work, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase obligation. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years in business, maintain an office in Arizona, and provide applicable licenses and qualifications. Required submissions include a proposal for each selected service area, the qualifications application, vendor information, agreement page, references, pricing sheets, and any applicable sole-proprietor waiver.
