Description
The Town of Chino Valley is soliciting competitive sealed bids from a qualified Engineering Contracting (Commercial) Class A licensed contractor for construction of Phases 1A and 1B of the Community Center Park Improvements Project. The scope includes a new parking lot, four pickleball courts with fencing, and related site, drainage, utility, electrical, structural, landscape, and traffic-control work. Bidders must submit the complete bid package using the provided forms, including the signed Offer, signed acknowledgment of plans and specifications, Bid Schedule, licenses and certifications, references for three similar projects completed within the past 60 months, bid security, and key personnel/subcontractor information. A 10% bid bond is required, and the successful contractor must provide 100% performance and payment security. The contract time runs from the Notice to Proceed through July 31, 2027.
