Description
Atlantic County is seeking appropriately licensed and certified providers with experience delivering opioid treatment and prevention services during the January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, contract period. The scope includes Level III residential and inpatient services, including short-term inpatient opioid detoxification and residential treatment for adults and adolescents; Level II intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services for adults, adolescents, and dual-diagnosed Atlantic County residents; and opioid education and prevention programs for Atlantic County residents, including school-based awareness, parent education, professional training, peer leadership, and educational materials. Applicants may propose one or more service elements and must submit separate applications for each service they intend to provide. Proposals must describe program design, staffing, budget, evaluation and reporting, service capacity, timelines, and applicable per diem or per-session costs. Providers must demonstrate relevant experience, maintain required New Jersey licensing or certification, employ certified or licensed counselors, and provide required insurance documentation. The total allocation is $410,000, including $325,000 for treatment sections and $85,000 for prevention services.
