Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for a potentially multiple-award, non-exclusive contract covering a broad range of traffic-signing materials and equipment. Items include finished regulatory, warning, directional, street, and mile-marker signs; galvanized steel sign posts; slip-base systems; delineators; barricades, cones, lights, and vertical panels; radar feedback signs; automated flagger assistance devices; variable message boards and conversion kits; and ink and retroreflective film for a TrafficJet printer. Brand-name-or-equal products are permitted where the bidder identifies the proposed product and provides sufficient technical information. Products must meet the detailed material, dimensional, performance, safety, and applicable MUTCD, ADOT, FHWA, AASHTO, and ASTM requirements. Delivery is FOB destination to Yavapai County Public Works in Prescott, Arizona, generally within 45 calendar days after receipt of order. The initial contract term begins December 1, 2026, and continues for six months, with possible extensions by mutual agreement. Bidders must submit pricing through the procurement portal, complete the portal questionnaire, provide required tax and business information, submit a non-collusion affidavit, identify subcontractors if applicable, and provide specified product testing or customer documentation when required.
