Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for 5,361 ABOA square feet of office and laboratory space in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The requirement includes six reserved surface parking spaces for government-owned vehicles within 100 feet of the building, additional employee and visitor parking, 24/7 employee access, two secured entrances/exits with remote release and audio/video capabilities, high-speed internet capability of at least 100 Mbps, and elevator access if the space is not on the first floor. The space must support storage, staging, cleaning of contaminated equipment, and calibration of air and noise sampling equipment. A fully serviced lease is required, with compliance with applicable fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and telecommunications requirements. The full lease term is 15 years, including a 10-year firm term. Expressions of interest must include property, space, rental-rate, operating-cost, and representative information; authorized representatives must also provide written ownership consent.
