Description
The City and County of Denver, through its Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, is soliciting qualifications for the Central Platte Valley Campus Salt Dome Reroof Project. The two-stage procurement will first qualify firms for bidding eligibility, followed by a construction hard bid. The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt shingles; installation of high-wind, impact-resistant, and corrosion-resistant roofing materials; limited plywood deck replacement; and removal and replacement of entry-area vinyl siding. Materials must meet UL Class A fire-rating, UL 2218 impact-rating, and applicable ASTM wind-rating requirements. Construction contracts are subject to city prevailing-wage and minimum-wage requirements.
