Description
The City of Englewood seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive, on-call heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services for municipal facilities. The scope includes emergency and routine repairs, new equipment installation and system upgrades, seasonal inspections and tune-ups, filter replacement, component servicing, refrigerant handling, ductwork modifications, controls and building automation integration, indoor air quality improvements, system commissioning, and preventative maintenance programs. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation; respond within specified emergency, urgent, and routine service timeframes; maintain detailed work orders, maintenance logs, photographs, energy-efficiency reports, and warranty records; and comply with applicable building, environmental, and safety requirements. Proposals must address company experience and technical capability, project approach, staffing and emergency coverage, draft agreement comments, pricing, and rate sheets. Required qualifications include applicable Colorado HVAC licensing, EPA Section 608 certification, Englewood business licensing, relevant trade and safety certifications, and the ability to support work in occupied and secure municipal facilities.
