Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking staffing agencies to recruit and provide specialized service providers and special education personnel for prolonged vacancies that cannot be filled through the District’s regular hiring process. Allowable personnel include speech-language pathologists and assistants, occupational and physical therapists and assistants, nurses, social workers, school psychologists, special education teachers, special education classroom paraprofessionals, board-certified behavior analysts, and registered behavior technicians. Contractors may also assist with compensatory education services. Personnel must meet applicable Colorado licensure, certification, qualification, background-check, and District training requirements. Services are generally aligned with the District’s 186-day school calendar, and the contract is scheduled for July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with up to four one-year renewal periods. Proposals are limited to 12 pages and must include the required forms, management summary, pricing, implementation plan, supplier profile, references, relevant licenses, and a separate redacted proposal. The District may invite selected proposers to an on-site or virtual presentation.
