Description
The City of Greenwood Village is soliciting bids for the 2026 Brookside and Belleview Drainage Improvements Project. The work includes removing and replacing curb and gutter and milling and overlaying one turn lane and two through lanes on Belleview Avenue to reestablish grades and maintain positive drainage. The solicitation requires electronic bid submission and identifies a 5% bid bond, 100% performance bond, 100% payment bond, and insurance. No pre-bid meeting will be held, although contractors are encouraged to visit the site.
